  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to:

  • Resell or make commercial use of the Service or content
  • Download (other than page caching) or modify any portion
  • Use any data mining or similar data gathering methods
  • Create derivative works from the Service or content

5.3 Trademarks

The Dtenik name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Dtenik. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Course Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD or VND and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment in courses or use of premium features.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment services. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for:

  • Courses completed more than 80%
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Corporate or enterprise subscriptions
  • Certificate fees

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Any material downloaded or obtained through the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DTENIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dtenik, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dtenik.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
